Miami Valley NARI 2001 President, Bob Malchow, retired owner and operator of Malchow Building & Remodeling, Inc. passed away peacefully at the age of 73 on June 11, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. Bob was a Master Certified Remodeler (MCR) and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR) and respected by members and consumers throughout southwest Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Freda, son David and three daughters, Roxanne, Tracy Runyon and Holly Howard along with eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
